
What to expect
Sound baths are held virtually or in-person.

For virtual offerings, find a quiet and comfortable space (at home, in your parked car, or somewhere else) and use your best sound source (phone, laptop, bluetooth speaker, earbuds, headphones, etc.).
In-person sessions are held in a 570-sf room with wooden floors. The maximum group size is 12 people. Before leaving home, dress comfortably and gather items that will help improve your physical comfort during the sound bath. You are encouraged to bring pillows or cushions, a blanket, and a mat or chair.
You may lay down or sit up, depending on your preference. Many fall into a deep sleep during the sound bath. Some go into a meditative state. Others stay awake and listen to the relaxing sounds. There is no right or wrong experience. There is the fulfillment of the need to stop and rest.
