About me
Thank you for visiting my website. It took me a long time to truly understand how important it is to create and maintain my own space and peace. I started My Space My Peace in an effort to help anyone who, like me, needs assistance quieting the mind and bringing the body to rest.

​I have practiced yoga for over 20 years (with breaks in between). In recent years, I have enjoyed studying sound healing, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, yoga nidra, hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga and reiki.
